The fruit is sourced from vineyards in Burio in the municipality of Costigliole d'Asti, on calcareous and sandy soil. Vinification: maceration on the skins for 10 days, alcoholic and malolactic fermentation in stainless steel. The wine is aged 12 months in barrique.
