The fruit is sourced from vineyards located between 210-290 meters. Above sea level, compounds for 51% clay, and 31% silt and 18% sand. Vinification: cold maceration for 40% of the wort, with different times and temperatures according to the assessment of the condition of the grapes. The wine is aged some months in steel vats.
