Tasting Notes

This Dolcetto d'Alba DOC captures the distinctive personality of Piedmont terroir. At 13% alcohol, it presents a well-balanced and harmonious profile. Crafted from Dolcetto 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. Expect layered dark fruit aromas, firm tannins and a long, satisfying finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards 30 years old vines cultivate according to the guyot system, rooted in a calcareous clayey soil at 540 metres above sea level. Vinification: alcoholic fermentation with maceration on the skins for 4-5 days. The wine is aged 8 months in steel tanks. A wine showcasing the fog-kissed hills of the Langhe.
