The fruit is sourced from vineyards in Santo Stefano, facing south, south-west of the vineyards of 30-40 years of age. Vinification: soft pressing, alcoholic fermentation and maceration at controlled temperatures. The wine is aged in French oak barrels for 24 months, then 1 year in bottle. A wine showcasing the fog-kissed hills of the Langhe.
