Tasting Notes

This exceptional Piemonte DOC showcases the authentic character of Piedmont. Its modest 11% alcohol content favours freshness and drinkability. Crafted from Moscato Bianco 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. The fruit is sourced from vineyards on the slopes of Niclara and Cortaccia, facing south-east, between 230 and 350 meters above sea level, on the ground moraine and gravel. Vinification: pressing and fermentation in steel tanks for about 10 days. The wine is aged 12 months on the lees in steel tanks. A wine showcasing the fog-kissed hills of the Langhe.
