The fruit is sourced from vineyards 70 years old vines in Noval, Regin and Pedot on alluvial soils. Biodynamic Farming. Vinification: spontaneous fermentation in open oak barrels and 20-30 days of skins maceration. The wine is aged 15 months in acacia barrels of 20-40 hl and 3 months in concrete tanks.
