Faye Bianco Pojer e Sandri

Produced in Trentino, this wine reflects a genuine sense of place. At 12.5% alcohol, it presents a well-balanced and harmonious profile. Crafted from Chardonnay 90%, Pinot Bianco 10%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. It presents bright acidity with fresh mineral notes and excellent varietal expression. The fruit is sourced from vineyards selection of grapes from vineyards 300 and 700 m above sea level. Vinification: in small oak barrels and rest for about 6 months on their yeast. The wine is aged in steel tank and in bottle for about 2 years. A wine true to Trentino's tradition of elegant, food-friendly wines.
