The fruit is sourced from vineyards vines planted in 1999 on loamy, sandy, alkaline soils poor in organic matter. Vinification: temperature-controlled fermentation for about 20 days with two fullings per day. The wine is aged 12 months in barrel, 16 months in large barrel and 6 months in steel.
