Tasting Notes

A fine example of Veneto winemaking, this Valpolicella DOC reflects generations of local expertise. At 14% alcohol, it delivers real concentration and power on the palate. Crafted from Corvina 50%, Corvinone 20%, Rondinella 20%, Croatina and Oseleta 10%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. The palate shows depth and structure, with a finish that lingers pleasantly. The fruit is sourced from vineyards 25 years old vines in a sandy calcareous soil at 300 metres above sea level. Vinification: soft pressing, alcoholic and malolactic fermentation in steel tanks. The wine is aged 24 months in French tonneaux. A wine reflecting the varied microclimates between Lake Garda and the Dolomites.
