This Collio DOC captures the distinctive personality of Friuli Venezia Giulia terroir. At 14.5% alcohol, it delivers real concentration and power on the palate. Crafted from Sauvignon 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. Expect crisp citrus and orchard fruit aromas framed by a clean, mineral finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards hilly and marly soils facing south, north-east and south-east. Guyot training system. Vinification: soft pressing of the whole grapes, fermentation at a controlled temperature in steel. The wine is aged almost 8 months on the lees in steel tanks. A wine reflecting Friuli's reputation for aromatic precision and minerality.
