Malvasia 'Soluna' Livon

A fine example of Friuli Venezia Giulia winemaking, this Collio DOC reflects generations of local expertise. At 14% alcohol, it delivers real concentration and power on the palate. Crafted from Malvasia Istriana 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. It presents bright acidity with fresh mineral notes and excellent varietal expression. The fruit is sourced from vineyards 40 years old vines in a marny soil. Vinification: the grapes are dried for 10 days, short cold maceration for 8 hours and fermentation in stainless steel tanks. The wine is aged 6 months in steel. A wine showing the influence of the region's cool alpine breezes.
