Sauvignon Castelvecchio

This exceptional Carso DOC showcases the authentic character of Friuli Venezia Giulia. Its 13% alcohol content supports a rounded, well-integrated style. Crafted from Sauvignon 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. It presents bright acidity with fresh mineral notes and excellent varietal expression. The fruit is sourced from vineyards located in a natural park of the Karst, on calcareous rock and red earth rich in minerals, caressed by La Bora, with a climate characterized by strong temperature ranges. Vinification: soft pressing and vinification in stainless steel tanks by selected yeasts. A wine showing the influence of the region's cool alpine breezes.
