A fine example of Friuli Venezia Giulia winemaking, this Carso DOC reflects generations of local expertise. With 12% alcohol, it delivers elegance and finesse. Crafted from Vitovska 100% , this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. Expect crisp citrus and orchard fruit aromas framed by a clean, mineral finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards located in a natural park of the Karst, on calcareous rock and red earth rich in minerals, caressed by La Bora, with a climate characterized by strong temperature ranges. Vinification: soft pressing, alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel tanks by indigenous yeasts. The wine is aged few months in steel tanks on the lies. A wine showing the influence of the region's cool alpine breezes.
