Crafted from Pinot Grigio 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. Expect crisp citrus and orchard fruit aromas framed by a clean, mineral finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards from Guyot method on marne soils. Vinification: alcoholic fermentation in steel and wood at controlled temperature. The wine is aged in steel tanks for 8 months and in bottle for 5 months. A wine showing the influence of the region's cool alpine breezes.
