This exceptional Friuli Isonzo DOC showcases the authentic character of Friuli Venezia Giulia. Its 13.5% alcohol content supports a rounded, well-integrated style. Crafted from Pinot Grigio 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. Expect crisp citrus and orchard fruit aromas framed by a clean, mineral finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards plateau gravel limestone (60 m asl). Vinification: fermentation in stainless steel tanks (20/22 ° C), maturing in the same containers on the storage order for 8 months with frequent bâtonnage. The wine is aged short aging in bottle.
