Sauvignon Feudi di Romans

This Friuli Isonzo DOC captures the distinctive personality of Friuli Venezia Giulia terroir. Its 13% alcohol content supports a rounded, well-integrated style. Crafted from Sauvignon 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. Expect crisp citrus and orchard fruit aromas framed by a clean, mineral finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards on gravelly, sandy and pebble soils near the Isonzo river. Vinification: soft pressing, cryomaceration and alcoholic fermentation in steel tanks for 9 days at controlled temperature. The wine is aged 3 months in steel vats. A wine reflecting Friuli's reputation for aromatic precision and minerality.
