Crafted from Merlot 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. It displays rich color intensity with complex aromas and a persistent finish. Vinification: drying grapes in fruit cellars, spontaneous alcoholic fermentation and malolactic fermentation, made in amphora. The wine is aged a few months in amphora.
