This Collio DOC captures the distinctive personality of Friuli Venezia Giulia terroir. At 14% alcohol, it delivers real concentration and power on the palate. Crafted from Merlot 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. Expect layered dark fruit aromas, firm tannins and a long, satisfying finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards cultivated according to the Guyot system in Cormons village. Vinification: fermentation in steel tanks with maceration on the skins for 20 days. The wine is aged some months in oak barrels. A wine showing the influence of the region's cool alpine breezes.
