Malvasia 'Miklus' Draga

This Collio DOC captures the distinctive personality of Friuli Venezia Giulia terroir. Its 14.5% alcohol content underpins a rich, muscular structure. Crafted from Malvasia Istriana 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. Expect crisp citrus and orchard fruit aromas framed by a clean, mineral finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards rooted in a hilly soil, composed by marl and sandstone, traditionally called 'ponka'. Vinification: destemming, maceration for 5 in wooden tanks, fermentation on the skins and final soft pressing. The wine is aged 24 months on the lees in big oak barrels. A wine reflecting Friuli's reputation for aromatic precision and minerality.
