This Collio DOC captures the distinctive personality of Friuli Venezia Giulia terroir. Its 14% alcohol content underpins a rich, muscular structure. Crafted from Tocai Friulano 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. It presents bright acidity with fresh mineral notes and excellent varietal expression. Vinification: whole bunches gently pressed, fermentation in steel tanks and oak barrels, second fermentation in bottle. The wine is aged on its lees in stainless steel for 5 months. A wine reflecting Friuli's reputation for aromatic precision and minerality.
