Crafted from Malvasia di Candia 90%, Trebbiano 10%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. Expect crisp citrus and orchard fruit aromas framed by a clean, mineral finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards 35-40 years old vines in a vulcanic and mineral soil. Organic cultivation. Vinification: fermentation with natural yeasts in steel vats. Whitout added sulphites. The wine is aged 6 months in barrique. A wine showing the easy-drinking character typical of Lazio's classic whites.
