Chardonnay Vie di Romans

This exceptional Friuli Isonzo DOC showcases the authentic character of Friuli Venezia Giulia. With 14.5% alcohol content, it offers a full-bodied and robust structure. Crafted from Chardonnay 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. It presents bright acidity with fresh mineral notes and excellent varietal expression. The fruit is sourced from vineyards 21-year-old vines from a 9.95 hectare vineyard located at 31 meters above sea level. s.l.m. on deep soils with moderate skeleton, with a reddish fraction due to the presence of iron and aluminum oxides. Vinification: alcoholic fermentation in steel for 12-22 days. The wine is aged 8 months in barrique and 9 months in bottle. A wine capturing the crisp, mineral-driven style of Friuli whites.
