This Collio DOC captures the distinctive personality of Friuli Venezia Giulia terroir. Its 13.5% alcohol content supports a rounded, well-integrated style. Crafted from Cabernet Sauvignon 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. It displays rich color intensity with complex aromas and a persistent finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards on ponca soil with Guyot system. Vinification: maceration for 8 days on the skins and fermentation in steel vats. The wine is aged 12 months in wood barrels. A wine showing the influence of the region's cool alpine breezes.
