Crafted from Croatina 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. Expect layered dark fruit aromas, firm tannins and a long, satisfying finish. Vinification: destemming, soft pressing, alcoholic fermentation on the skins in steel tanks and second fermentation in closed steel tanks. The wine is aged 3 months in steel tanks.
