The fruit is sourced from vineyards southern exposure at 250 meters above sea level on morainic white soils of stony matrix supported by silts and clays. Vinification: alcoholic fermentation in cement tanks, complete malolactic fermentation and maceration on the skins for 10-12 days. The wine is aged 36 months in oak casks.
