The fruit is sourced from vineyards in the hills of Pressano and Sorni with exposure to the west at 250-400 meters above sea level on clayey and sandy soils. Vinification: fermentation in steel at controlled temperature. The wine is aged 15 months in stainless steel tanks, then at least 4 months in bottle.
