The fruit is sourced from vineyards from vigna Monticchio of Tenuta Torgiano, at 300 metres of altitude and with west exposure. Vinification: fermentation in steel with maceration on the skins for 25-28 days. The wine is aged 12 months in wood barrels and more than 5 years in bottle.
