The fruit is sourced from vineyards cultivated according to the Guyot sysrtem in Morelae hills at 500 metres above sea level. Vinification: cold maceration for 5 hours at 14°C, soft pressing, static decantation and alcoholic fermentation in steel tanks. The wine is aged 5 months on the lees in steel tanks.
