With 13.5% alcohol, it strikes a confident balance between body and freshness. Crafted from Schioppettino 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. It displays rich color intensity with complex aromas and a persistent finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards planted in 1996 on moraine and hilly terrain. Vinification: alcoholic fermentation in steel tanks at controlled temperature. The wine is aged a few months in 225 liter barriques and at least 6 months in steel.
