A fine example of Friuli Venezia Giulia winemaking, this Friuli Grave DOC reflects generations of local expertise. At 13% alcohol, it presents a well-balanced and harmonious profile. Crafted from Sauvignon 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. Expect crisp citrus and orchard fruit aromas framed by a clean, mineral finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards on clay and chalky terrains, with Guyot system cultivation. Vinification: prefermentative maceration at cool temperatures and subsequent alcoholic fermentation. The wine is aged 6 months in stainless steel tanks on its lees. A wine showing the influence of the region's cool alpine breezes.
