The fruit is sourced from vineyards from 16-year-old vines from the "Piere" vineyard of 12.50 hectares on deep and well-drained soils, with the presence of clay and silica. Vinification: alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel for 16-20 days, without carrying out malolactic fermentation. The wine is aged 8 months on the lees in steel and at least 10 in the bottle.
