A fine example of Alto Adige winemaking, this Alto Adige/Sudtirol DOC reflects generations of local expertise. Its 14% alcohol content underpins a rich, muscular structure. Crafted from Sauvignon Blanc 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. The palate is fresh and precise, with lively acidity carrying through to the finish. Vinification: spontaneous alcoholic fermentation in steel with only indigenous yeasts. The wine is aged 6 months in barriques for 30% of the wine. A wine capturing the crystalline character of Alto Adige's high-altitude vineyards.
