This exceptional Salice Salentino DOC showcases the authentic character of Puglia. Its 14% alcohol content underpins a rich, muscular structure. Crafted from Negroamaro 90%, Malvasia Nera 10% , this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. It displays rich color intensity with complex aromas and a persistent finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards from vines of 40 years cultivated with alberello pugliese on the medium-textured lands of Salento. Vinification: maceration for 8-12 days at a controlled temperature followed by malolactic fermentation. The wine is aged 12 months in oak wood barrels of 30 hl. A wine showing the sun-drenched warmth typical of Puglia's Mediterranean climate.
