Crafted from Merlot 75%, Cabernet Sauvignon 25%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. The palate shows depth and structure, with a finish that lingers pleasantly. Vinification: alcoholic fermentation in wooden vats for 15 days and complete malolactic fermentation. The wine is aged 18 months in barrique and 12 months in bottle. A wine showing the influence of the region's cool alpine breezes.
