This Garda DOC captures the distinctive personality of Lombardy terroir. At 12.5% alcohol, it presents a well-balanced and harmonious profile. Crafted from Riesling 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. Expect crisp citrus and orchard fruit aromas framed by a clean, mineral finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards pebbly moraine soil at 300 meters altitude with high concentration of limestone. Vinification: soft pressing of the whole cluster and fermentation of the flower must for 15-20 days. The wine is aged aged in steel for 5 months and 4 months in bottle. A wine reflecting the alpine influence found across Lombardy's varied terroir.
