Ribolla Gialla Livio Felluga

A fine example of Friuli Venezia Giulia winemaking, this Colli Orientali del Friuli DOC reflects generations of local expertise. At 12.5% alcohol, it presents a well-balanced and harmonious profile. Crafted from Ribolla Gialla 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. It presents bright acidity with fresh mineral notes and excellent varietal expression. The fruit is sourced from vineyards in a sandy soil at 700 m above sea level in Val di Cembra. Vinification: destemming, short cold maceration, pressing and alcoholic fermentation in steel tanks. The wine is aged 6 months on the lees in steel tanks. A wine showing the influence of the region's cool alpine breezes.
