The fruit is sourced from vineyards frankish soil texture, with frequent skeleton and an impenetrable layer at a depth of 60 cm. Vinification: spontaneous fermentation and maceration in vats for 10 days. The wine is aged matured for approximately 5 months in stainless steel tanks.
