This exceptional Alto Adige/Sudtirol DOC showcases the authentic character of Alto Adige. Its 14% alcohol content underpins a rich, muscular structure. Crafted from Pinot Noir 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. It displays rich color intensity with complex aromas and a persistent finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards organic cultivation according to the Gobelet system in a gravelly calcareous soil. Vinification: de-stemming, pressing, spontaneous fermentation in stainless steel, malolactic fermentation and natural static decantation. The wine is aged 12 months in new French oak barriques and other 8 months in large wood barrels. A wine reflecting the region's cool mountain climate and precise winemaking.
