This exceptional Colli Orientali del Friuli DOC showcases the authentic character of Friuli Venezia Giulia. Its 13% alcohol content supports a rounded, well-integrated style. Crafted from Pinot Noir 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. The palate shows depth and structure, with a finish that lingers pleasantly. The fruit is sourced from vineyards on clay soils characterised by a stratification of sandstone marls of Eocene origin. Vinification: manual harvesting, alcoholic and malolactic fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. The wine is aged 10 months in tonneaux.
