The fruit is sourced from vineyards at 600-700 metres above sea level, faced to South-Est. Vinification: cold maceration for one week and alcoholic fermentation for 10 days in steel tanks. The wine is aged 18 months in big oak barrels. A wine true to the rare, mountain-driven character of Valle d'Aosta wines.
