The fruit is sourced from vineyards in the municipality of Quart from 1.8 hectares of the Rovettaz vineyard rooted on sandy loam soils. Vinification: 12-day alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel tanks. The wine is aged 8 months in stainless steel tanks. A wine reflecting Friuli's reputation for aromatic precision and minerality.
