Crafted from Pecorino 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. Expect crisp citrus and orchard fruit aromas framed by a clean, mineral finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards raised in Guyot on a medium-textured clay soil with sandy veins. Organic cultivation and yield of 70 quintals per hectare.
