This exceptional Montecucco DOC showcases the authentic character of Tuscany. Its 14.5% alcohol content underpins a rich, muscular structure. Crafted from Sangiovese 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. The palate shows depth and structure, with a finish that lingers pleasantly. The fruit is sourced from vineyards at 300 metres above sea level in hilly soil rich in clay, tuff, limestone and marl. Organic farming. Vinification: alcoholic fermentation in wooden barrels with long maceration. Amlolactic fermentation in big oak barrels. The wine is aged 24 months in big oak barrels and at least 12 months in bottle. A wine true to the storied winemaking heritage of Tuscany.
