Crafted from Nero d’Avola 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. The fruit is sourced from vineyards on a slightly clayey soil from Mazara del Vallo area. Vinification: cold maceration of the skins, interruption of the alcoholic fermentation thanks to wine spirit aged for 5 years in oak barrels.
