Malvasia Zidarich

Produced in Friuli Venezia Giulia, this wine reflects a genuine sense of place. With 13% alcohol, it strikes a confident balance between body and freshness. Crafted from Malvasia Istriana 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. The palate is fresh and precise, with lively acidity carrying through to the finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards guyot and bush-trained on karst red soil at 260-280 meters altitude. Vinification: fermentation and maceration on the skins in open vats with daily punching down. The wine is aged 24 months in medium and large barrels of Slavonian oak. A wine showing the influence of the region's cool alpine breezes.
