'Logorroico' Il Torchio

This distinctive wine from Liguria embodies traditional Italian winemaking heritage. Its 13% alcohol content supports a rounded, well-integrated style. Crafted from Red grapes, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. Expect layered dark fruit aromas, firm tannins and a long, satisfying finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards grapes from three different vineyard: Les Loges, characterized by a calcareous soil; St. Andelain, in a clayey soil; Tracy, in a sandy calcareous soil. Vinification: grapes vinified according to the ripeness and fermented in whole bunches with indigenous yeasts in open tubs. The wine is aged few months on the lees in steel vats. A wine capturing the coastal, saline character typical of Liguria's terraced vineyards.
