'Fysi' Feudi di Romans

Produced in Friuli Venezia Giulia, this wine reflects a genuine sense of place. At 12% alcohol, it stays light on its feet without sacrificing character. Crafted from Blend of Kretos, Rytos and Soreli, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. It presents bright acidity with fresh mineral notes and excellent varietal expression. Vinification: short cold maceration, soft pressing and temperature-controlled alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel tanks. The wine is aged a few months on the lees with frequent batonnage. A wine showing the influence of the region's cool alpine breezes.
