Crafted from Tocai Friulano 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. Expect crisp citrus and orchard fruit aromas framed by a clean, mineral finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards on clay soils and soils composed of a characteristic stratification of sandstone marls of Eocene origin. Vinification: manual harvesting and alcoholic fermentation in temperature-controlled steel tanks. The wine is aged 5 months in steel vats and 1 month in bottle.
