The fruit is sourced from vineyards from Presta, Pozzillo and Cesco vineyards on volcanic and clay soils at an altitude of 250 meters with south-west exposure. Vinification: alcoholic fermentation in steel at controlled temperature. The wine is aged from 3 to 6 months in steel. A wine reflecting Campania's ancient viticultural roots stretching back to Roman times.
