The fruit is sourced from vineyards on volcanic sands at between 700 and 750 mt a.s.l. Vinification: 3 weeks in steel tanks at controlled temperature. The wine is aged 24 months in second and third passage barriques and at least 12 months in bottle. A wine capturing Sicily's sun-soaked character and ancient viticultural roots.
